1. The content of our web site is the property of Speed Hearts LTD 2. By registering with Speed Hearts Limited you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 3. Although Speed Hearts Limited is working timelessly to entertain and deliver, we do not guarantee a successful match on every occasion. 4. By booking a ticket to a Speed Hearts Limited event you agree to release Speed Hearts Limited from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a Speed Hearts events. 5. In the case of unforeseeable circumstances, Speed Hearts Limited reserves the right to change the venue and time of any event. However, if that notice is given less than 5 working days prior to the event, you will be entitled to a full refund. 6. When you book an event with Speed Hearts Limited, you must supply a daytime telephone number OR mobile phone number for at least ONE guest on the booking. In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will NOT take any responsibility for notification of such a cancellation to guests who have failed to provide this. 7. In the event that we do have to cancel an event without giving you 5 working days notice, a full refund will be given. However, no other form of compensation will be available. |
| 8. You are responsible for turning up to an event on time. If a member turns up later than 30 minutes from the start of the event, we reserve the right to refuse entry and participation without any refund or compensation. We will of course do our best to accommodate the member into the event if at all possible. If however, this is not possible, no refund will be given. 9. Speed Hearts Limited appreciates you respecting the Confidentiality Declaration accompanying these Terms and Conditions. 10. Speed Hearts Limited and its affiliates or area agents are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from participating or communicating with others at the event. Such damages include without limitation, physical damages, bodily harm, emotional distress and discomfort. 11. You acknowledge that Speed Hearts Limited events are held at venues in which neither Speed Hearts Limited or, its affiliates or area agents have any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a Speed hearts event, you agree to release Speed Hearts Limited, its affiliates or area agents from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or area agents of Speed Hearts Limited. 12. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel, without refund, guests who become abusive and/or offensive to other guests at an event, or those causing a disturbance. 13. In order to receive the full refund, you should let us know about any cancellations minimum of five working days prior the event. In case you are unable to let us know within 5 working days, a refund is NOT possible. However, you will be required to pay half the original ticket price and will be allocated a space at the next available event. 14. In the case of any cancellations, Speed Hearts does not allow our members to send a friend in place of you unless this person has an existing Speed Hearts Limited membership. 15. In respect to our customers we ask you to follow our dress code rules (provided in the How Does Speed Dating Work on the website). |
